After Morocco, she's expected to travel to South America to join her soon-to-be ex-husband, MARC ANTHONY, as they continue taping their Latin American ripoff of "American Idol". J-Lo's new man won't accompany her to South America -- he'll be returning to LA.

CELEBRITY COURT - JENNIFER LOPEZ SUED OVER COMMERCIAL: JENNIFER LOPEZ's new Fiat commercial is at the center of a lawsuit for including a graffiti-covered wall in the clip. TATS Cru, a South Bronx graffiti crew, is suing Jennifer for showcasing their copyrighted work without consent.
Crew member Wilfredo Feliciano told the New York Times, "This has happened to us in the past, and it's not cool. We had to do something about it."
2. USHER'S ex-wife Tameka Raymond has filed suit against him in an attempt to get full custody of their two kids and $34,000 she says he owes in child support.
According to TMZ, she's accusing him of neglecting to ask her permission before travelling with the kids outside the state and before hiring help. Tameka is also asking that a judge reconsider her $5,000-a-month child support as there has been a "substantial" increase in Usher's income. A hearing on the matter is set to happen later today.

R.I.P: Stand-up comedian/actor PATRICE O'NEAL died yesterday following a stroke in October. He was 41.
Patrice appeared in the Comedy Central special "Elephant in the Room" and had guest roles in such TV shows as "The Office" and "Arrested Development."
