CHARLIE SHEEN-ANIGANS: RadarOnline reports that things are getting out of control at CHARLIE SHEEN'S house again.

An "abnormally high [level] of activity" has been going on according to the gossip site's source.

"Cars containing scantily clad women arrive very late in the evening and don't leave until the next day," reveals the neighborhood snoop. "The women always appear to be wearing the same clothes they arrived in, and looking a little worse for the wear."

Apparently, the reason things are going off the rails again is because Charlie isn't working at the moment. The first season of his new show "Anger Management" is done filming, so he's got free time. And as the source says, "Things always go awry with Charlie when he isn't working."
