IS KIM KARDASHIAN RESPONSIBLE FOR THE HALLE BERRY CUSTODY BATTLE???!!!: We still don't know why HALLE BERRY suddenly decided that GABRIEL AUBRY can no longer be trusted to care for their 2-year-old daughter Nahla. But KIM KARDASHIAN might be partly to blame.

A RadarOnline"source" claims Halle LOST IT when Gabriel started dating Kim last year. "The real trouble started last year when Gabriel started dating a high profile reality TV star. Halle...gave him an ultimatum: to choose between dating this girl or having a relationship with his daughter." OK, to be fair, Kim isn't actually being mentioned by name here, but Gabriel wasn't linked romantically to anyone else and reality TV stars don't get any more high-profile than Kim Kardashian, right? So it's a pretty safe assumption, dontcha think?

Anyway, because there was no custody agreement in place, Gabriel chose Nahla, but immediately started legal proceedings to have his parental rights recognized. That brings us to yesterday's report of Halle going to court claiming she's worried about Nahla's safety when she's in Gabriel's care, which the RadarOnline source pretty much calls B.S. "This is all about Halle not being able to control and manipulate Gabriel, therefore she's hitting him where she knows it will hurt most: holding his daughter away from him."

Meanwhile ... sources in Halle's corner say GABRIEL is the jealous lunatic who's prone to fits of rage, and the reason Halle thinks Nahla is in danger when she's in his custody is because he's, quote, "inattentive" to her.

CHARLIE SHEEN-ANIGANS: Radar Online says Martin and Janet Sheen are worried about their son, Charlie, and are considering asking a judge to grant them guardianship over him. Their source says, "Martin and Janet know that it's highly unlikely their [conservatorship] petition would be granted, but they are trying to do whatever possible to save Charlie's life."

Meanwhile, Charlie's expected to return to the set of "Two and a Half Men" in three to four weeks, according to TMZ. Sheen's absence is costing the network and crew a ton of money. Co-star JON CRYER, for instance, is losing $400,000 an episode. That's like five high-priced escorts and a Gucci bag of cocaine when you convert it to Sheen currency!!!

IS LINDSAY LOHAN A JEWEL THIEF???!!!: LINDSAY LOHAN is being accused of stealing high-end jewelry, Radar Online reports. Cops have asked a judge for a search warrant for her Venice Beach home and say they have video of her wearing the missing bling.

There's no word how Lindsay "stole" this jewelry, but it could be one of those situations where a jeweler loans bling to a celebrity so they'll wear it in public, and then the celebrity doesn't give it back. But that's just a guess.

COULD BE TRUE, COULD BE CRAP: Oh, no is LADY GAGA caught in a Bad Romance???!!! One friend is telling Life and Style Gaga and boyfriend Luc Carl are fighting a lot.

"Their relationship has never been perfect -- it's always been tumultuous -- but now it's hanging by a thread." The pal goes on to dish that Gaga's inner circle isn't down with Luc and thinks she's just being used -- and may be starting to realize it.

BABY NEWS: It's a girl for CHRISTINA APPLEGATE. The actress and her fiance, musician Martyn LeNoble, named her Sadie Grace LeNoble.

Meanwhile ... It's a boy - AND a girl for MARIAH CAREY and NICK CANNON. "Life and Style magazine" says they're having fraternal twins. According to Nick, Mariah is due in late April or early May.

HOLLYWOOD'S MOST DESIRABLE: BLAKE LIVELY has been named Hollywood's "most desirable" woman by AskMen.com. (--Last year, the "Gossip Girl" star landed at number 85)

MILA KUNIS came in second, followed by "Modern Family's" SOFIA VERGARA.

Other hotties on the list include SCARLETT JOHANSSON at number-seven, NATALIE PORTMANN at number 11 and KIM KARDASHIAN at number 45. Here's one other stat worth noting: This is the 10th year that AskMen has done its Most Desirable list and only three women have made it EVER YEAR. They are: ANGELINA JOLIE (#67), GISELE BUNDCHEN (#34) and BEYONCÉ (#23).

The entire "99 Most Desirable Women" list can be peeped here. 99??!?! Why do they stop at 99? Did they run out of desirable women? Surely they could've found one more.

VIDEO: RIHANNA released the video for her new song "S&M" yesterday and almost immediatley YouTube flagged it as "inappropriate." Among the problems YouTube honchos had is Rihanna playing a sexy dominatix, Rihanna writhing around semi-naked in latex and Rihanna tying a man to a bed.

Naturally, Rihanna was not happy with the age restiction put on it and hit up Twitter with this comment: "They watched Umbrella... I was full nude."

She has since posted it on her own website, unflagged.
