Say hello to Penelope Scotland Disick. Penelope tipped the scales at 7 pounds, 14 ounces.

USHER’S STEPSON DECLARED BRAIN DEAD FOLLOWING JET SKI ACCIDENT: USHER'S 11-year-old stepson Kyle Glover was pronounced brain dead at a Georgia hospital yesterday.

Kyle is the son of Usher's estranged wife TAMEKA FOSTER.

According to TMZ, Glover was reportedly floating on an inner tube on Lake Lanier near his Atlanta home Friday when a jet ski collided with him, hitting him in the head.

As of this morning, a decision about whether or not to remove the child from life support has yet to be made.

TOM AND KATIE NEGOTIATING SETTLEMENT: Although most people were hoping for a expecting a contentious divorce between TOM CRUISE and KATIE HOLMES, it looks like they're willing to work out their differences before things get real nasty in their divorce.

The pair called a truce over the weekend, with their lawyers trying to negotiate a settlement. Katie spent much of Friday and Saturday at her attorney’s office, with insiders saying both sides are in talks over child custody, visitation and child support, as well as a property settlement.

Sources say despite earlier reports, there are no current plans for either side to go to court unless talks fall apart.

R.I.P. - ERNEST BORGNINE: Oscar winner ERNEST BORGNINE, whose acting career spanned eight decades, passed away Sunday at a Los Angeles hospital at the age of 95. His publicist said the cause of death was kidney failure.

Borgnine, who appeared in more than 200 movies, won an Academy Award in 1955 for playing a lonely and lovestruck bachelor in 'Marty.'

He would go on to co-star in dozens of classic films, including 'The Poseidon Adventure', 'The Dirty Dozen' and 'The Wild Bunch'

He also starred in numerous television roles, most notably in the sitcom 'McHale's Navy' and as the voice of The Mermaid Man in 'SpongeBob SquarePants'. Borgnine is survived by his fifth wife, Tova, and three children.
