BOBBY KEPT FROM SEEING DAUGHTER/NOT INVITED TO FUNERAL: Fighting has already started between BOBBY BROWN and Whitney Houston’s family.

According to TMZ, Whitney’s mother Cissy has not allowed Bobby to see his daughter Bobbi Kristina. Bobby flew to LA Sunday night to be with his daughter, but still hasn’t seen her.

Bobby was reportedly turned away yesterday when he showed up to the home where Whitney’s family is caring for Bobbi. Word is Brown and Cissy because have hated each other for years.

TMZ adds Houston’s family doesn’t want Brown at the Saturday’s funeral either. Sources say he’s been warned "[not to] attempt to attend the funeral because the family isn't fond of him." Bobby is said to be "extremely disappointed."

According to an official with the Whigham Funeral Home, where Whitney's body was taken Monday, the funeral is set for Saturday at the New Hope Baptist Church in Newark, where Houston began singing as a choir girl.

Whitney's family wants the funeral to be private, so it is expected to be invitation only. There are no plans for a public memorial.

IS MADONNA'S NEW SONG A RIP-OFF???!!!: MADONNA has a new controversy on her hands -- an ironic one at that. Reps for a South American songwriter who goes by the name Joao Brasil have accused her of ripping off the chorus of her new single "Give Me All Your Luvin'" from his tune "L.O.V.E. Banana"
(--Ironic in light of the now infamous LADY GAGA "Born This Way" vs. Madonna's "Express Yourself" comparisons, and Madge calling Gaga's song "reductive" and a "wonderful way to redo" her song.)

Brasil acknowledges the possible plagiarism but insists he's not involved in pursuing a lawsuit, saying, "The last thing I need in my life is a fight with Madonna."

WE REPORT, YOU DECIDE: What do you think? Do you think Madonna ever heard this craptastic song before she recorded hers? Copycatting or Coincidence?

GRAMMY ORGANIZERS DEFEND CHRIS BROWN / COUNTRY STAR DISSES CHRIS BROWN / CHRIS RESPONDS TO THE HATERS:Grammy organizers are defending their decision to have CHRIS BROWN perform at this year's event -- insisting that he deserved a spot at the ceremony.

The president of The Recording Academy said that Chris was asked to perform because of his recent successes. "If we're going to get in trying to personally evaluate artists in terms of their personal lives, that's a slippery slope that we wouldn't want to get into."

Chris' performance was three years to the day of his assault on ex girlfriend Rihanna.

Meanwhile ... Country music star MIRANDA LAMBERT hit up Twitter to voice her disgust about Chris' Grammy performance, posting "I don't get it. He beat on a girl . . . Not cool that we act like that didn't happen. He needs to listen to 'Gunpower and lead' and be put back in his place. Not at the Grammys."

Chris took to Twitter himself to respond to all the critics who think he shouldn't have won a Grammy or even performed at the event.

He wrote -- and later deleted -- "HATE ALL U WANT BECUZ I GOT A GRAMMY Now! That's the ultimate F*** OFF!"
