 THE SIMPSON SPLIT: RadarOnline has more on the ASHLEE SIMPSON/PETE WENTZ split. They're reporting she filed for divorce because of his constant touring. According to their un-named source, "She hated him being away and said she felt like a single mother and that wasn't what she had signed on for."

"She’s put all her musical aspirations to the side to concentrate on being a mom and it is a big bone of contention with her that Pete just swans off around the world with his buddies like he’s a single guy."

Pete and his new band - Black Card - are set to head off on tour again in a few months, and the source thinks Ashlee may have filed for divorce to, quote, "shock" him into canceling those plans.

MORE CELEBRITY SPLITSVILLE: 1.) KELSEY GRAMMER is officially single, but that won't last very long. His divorce from "Real Housewives" Camille was finalized yesterday, freeing him to marry his girlfriend (and future 4th ex-wife), Kayte Walsh. later this month.

2.) CHARLIE SHEEN won't be rid of his wife until at least May 2nd. That's when his divorce from Brooke Mueller will be finalized. The couple submitted their final divorce paper this week, and will now have to wait a few months for it to be official. So come May, Charlie can finally start living the life of a bachelor! Good for him!

 As part of the settlement, Charlie and Brooke get joint custody of their twins. Brooke gets $55,000 a month in child support and a lump sum of about $750,000.

SCAR JO IN DENIAL: SCARLETT JOHANSSON is denying reports she has rebounded from RYAN REYNOLDS into the arms of SEAN PENN. Her rep tells "People" magazine, "They have been friends for years. Nothing more, nothing less."
